Recently cast opposite Michelle Fox in Kay Mellor and BBC Three’s anorexia drama Overshadowed, Eva O’Connor is definitely one to watch.

Not only does the author, actress and playwright star in the eight-part series, she also co-writes it along with Hildegard Ryan. Previously, the 26 year old from County Clare, Ireland, has written eight plays and kickstarted her career with her one-woman show My Name Is Saoirse at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to critical acclaim.
